New Changes
 
As of 12/30/12 I have switched my website provider. This means there are some changes with the website itself. Each provider offers similar features but they are different. I know changes aren't always fun. I'm still learning a few things myself as I fill orders. If youare confused or have questions, please make sure you contact me. I have no problem adjusting or making things more obvious. This may be my business but its your website. I want to make it as easy and as understandable as possible. I have tried to make the changes clear on each page.
 Here are some of the changes you will see:
 
  1. Store credit are now Reward Points. Its the same concept but a different method. 
  2.  Credit is no longer applied automatically. You MUST redeem the points you want to use.
  3. You can earn credit without sending in trades. The Rewards program includes giving you credit for your purchase too.
  4.  Shipping confirmations are no longer emailed automatically, but you can see when your order shipped in your account information.
  5. Limits on coupons are automatic. You will get a notice to tell you that the item you are trying to get is limited and by how much. You can re-order 7 days later. If you want to order more than the limit you must contact me. Do not place multiple orders.
  6. Currently, only certain shipping methods can use store credit. The methods that are not allowed to be used by store credit are posted in the drop box. Since store credit/rewards points are redeemed manually you are able to still get the shipping method you want but you must use a credit card to pay for the service otherwise the order will be shipped using the First Class Method.
 
What is this website and what are the benefits?
 
This is a coupon clipping service. The purpose of this service is to provide you with individual cut coupons. We DO NOT sell coupons. You are charged for our time. The price is set based on the rarity, availability and popularity of the coupon. This is work. It takes time to get the newspapers or locate the coupons, remove the inserts from the newpapers, post the coupons, pull the coupons. cut the coupons and fill orders. Having this service provides a great benefit to consumers. We offer thousands of individual coupons and most of the time thousands of each coupon. This allows you to only get the coupons you want rather than the entire insert. We keep track of which insert the coupons were in. We offer a variety that most regions don't get. We cut them for you. This all helps keep you organized and removes the work.

This website is uniquie because we have a Trade in Program. This gives us a chance to get coupons from all over the US. These coupons come from inserts, magazines, tear pads or products. We can offer thousands of different kinds of coupons in one place.

Using coupons can help you save 20-60% on your bill if you do it right. Our first suggestion is to find a blogger in your area that posts deals at the stores. Great bloggers post break downs on what's on sale, which coupon to use and what the final cost will be. This takes the research off your hands. They will also know the policies for those stores and most will let you know when an item is out or hot.
Buying items in bulk helps you save money over time. Most people using coupons know that there is a cycle for items that go on sale and will buy those items to last until the next time they go on sale. This is where we are extremely useful. You can get as many coupons for one item that you need without having to get that many of the entire insert.
 
Rules, Guidelines and Information for this website
I run this business ALONE. I have some help but 95% of the time its only me. I work 7 days a week on something, whether its posting coupons, sorting coupons, cutting coupons, filling orders, picking up coupons, giving trade credit, organizing coupons, counting coupons for inventory or running to the recycle to dump the waste. There is always something to do.  Some days I might be behind because orders are too big, some days I might make mistakes, some days things will come up. I ask for patience. This is not a major company. I work hard for this. Please be understanding and patient or don't use my service. I am posting these very common answers that I end up having to stop what I'm doing to answer in an email. Since it's just me I don't have much time to answer similar emails over and over so I created this to eliminate repeat questions. If you have a question please see the Help link for some answers.
 
*The point of the business is to serve the majority not the few. Do Not get greedy with coupons especially the first few days it comes out. If you plan to order more than 200 of ONE coupon you must contact me first. This is in the policy. *Do Not post issues about orders on Facebook. You can message the business through Facebook but I do not allow posts about orders or issues on Facebook. I don't always see the posts.
*You will get an email when your order ships. Orders go out that day. If you did not get an email, sign into your account and it will show when it shipped. Refer to Policyif there are shipping delays. *I Do NOT fill orders for sales. If you are ordering for a sale make sure you order at the beginning of the sale week to try to get your order in time. I DO NOT refund for sales missed.
*I CAN NOT track a stamp. If you want to know where your order is, you must choose the delivery confirmation option on shipping. *This is MY business. I can make changes when I want to or feel its necessary. I will do what I want to the business Facebook page
*If your name does not show up on the Trade List it means I DON'T have your envelope. Please give it time it is probably being returned for postage due. Do not email me about it. I will not know. If I have your envelopeI post your name and I give credit. *I Do Not deal with DRAMA. I work with anyone on most issues but only if you approach issues with understanding, cooperation and compromise.
*Most login issues are because the system is case sensitive. If you registered and capitalized the first letter of the email and don't do it when you sign in it will not let you access the account. *I make changes to prices based on the amount of work I have to do to cut them. High Demand coupons will have prices adjusted as they go. I also have many coupons for much less than normal because they never go.
